If you cancel your booking with more than four weeks notice before arrival, you will receive a full refund of monies paid. No refund is provided if less than four weeks notice is provided unless the cottage can be rebooked for the entire length of stay. No refunds for no shows under any circumstances. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Additional charge of $50.00 will occur for excessive cleaning, which includes cleaning of dishes, disposing of rubbish, cleaning of BBQ, and stains on furniture or linen. This is a fee our cleaners charge us and this fee is passed on to guests. Please treat our cottages as your own and keep tidy upon departure.

*Remember, you are not staying with your parents!

Electric Vehicles

N.B. Murray River Spa Retreat does not have any safe infrastructure installed for charging of electric vehicles. Electric vehicles plugged in and using electrical power from any of our cottages or from any of our outdoor general purpose outlets, will incur an additional $40 per day fee on top of booking costs. Guests using unauthorized power consumption will be held liable for any costs incurred for power interruptions and / or faults. An EV charging station can be found in the Echuca town center at 438 High St Echuca.
